Purpose of Activity
To provide information on the physiologic effects, safety, and care implications related to transporting critically ill neonates.Learning Objectives

- Identify concepts in expertise development and communication related to neonatal transport.
 - Examine specific issues related to patient stabilization and life support, changes in physical assessment findings, and the physiologic effects of transporting critically ill infants by various transportation modalities.
